  1. Matching Services: Match you with suitable financial advisors based on your financial needs and preferences.
  2. Platform Improvement: Analyse usage patterns and improve the functionality, content, and design of the Platform.
  3. AI-Driven Services: Provide AI-generated suggestions, conversation summaries, and informational prompts, which may be informed by patterns in user-Advisor interactions to enhance the quality of service.
  4. Compliance and Quality Control: Access conversation content as needed to maintain compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements and ensure the Platform upholds quality standards.

We may also share anonymised data with trusted third parties for research, analytics, and service improvements. This data will not identify you personally.

DATA SHARING

  1. With Advisors: Your personal contact details (name, email, phone number) are shared with Advisors only when you give explicit consent via the ‘share contact’ feature. Relevant non-personal information from your onboarding process may also be shared to help Advisors provide tailored advice.
  2. With Third Parties: We may share anonymised, aggregate data with trusted third parties for research, analytics, and platform improvement. This data will not identify you personally. Personal data is shared only with your consent and in compliance with the PDPA.
